The Benefits of E Learning
E learning is a learning system based on formalized teaching but with the help of electronic resources. My experience with e-learning as an English and Social Studies teacher in Aditya Birla World Academy, one of the best international schools in Mumbai , has been pleasant. Meetings with parents to discuss the progress of their children were scheduled with ease. The time and care were taken to prepare an individualized study plan for any child that was falling behind. The parents also enjoyed a higher degree of involvement due to online school and were able to help their children stay on top of their homework.

This is the key to engaging students and pushing them to go beyond what they have learned in class.
All in all, online learning makes it easier for educators to create a unique and valuable experience for their students. Familiarising themselves with the latest technology and learning new management systems can take care of tedious, time-consuming tasks so that they can focus on the parts of teaching that they love most - educating students.
