Yoga at ABWA goes beyond physical exercise; it nurtures mental clarity, emotional stability, and self-discipline. Through structured asanas, breathwork (Pranayama), and mindfulness techniques, students develop strength, focus, and fluidity in thought and movement. Pranayama, in particular, helps optimise breathing capacity and overall lung health.

Indian Dance at ABWA is an immersive cultural journey. Students explore various dance forms, including Classical, Semi-Classical, Folk, Contemporary, and Martial Arts-inspired movements. Dance is integrated into thematic learning, with students performing at school events, inter-school competitions, and festivals, fostering an understanding of creative expression and professional stagecraft.

Our Western Dance curriculum covers Jazz and Ballet techniques, focusing on posture, flexibility, and strength. Students engage in team-building choreography, learning the art of synchronisation, expression, and performance skills—building not just dancers, but confident and creative individuals.
