TABIS-ABWA Cultural Exchange Programme

On the 6th of December The Aditya Birla Integrated School (TABIS) visited us where we interacted with our fellow learners through fun activities, performances and games. The Junior school sang some of the most soothing Hindi songs and performed an Indian dance, thereby creating awareness of saving our environment. They also organised an art workshop which was enjoyed by all. Grade 6 created thought-provoking Math games and shared some interesting facts about countries from all over the world. It was a great opportunity to make new friends and to learn and interact with folks from other school.

Two days later, on the 8th of December, we repaid them a visit. Our friends gave us an enlightening and authentic talk on the importance of staying green and maintaining a sustainable environment for the future. After that there was an entertaining role play which was followed by many heart lifting and joyful Christmas Carrols. When the performances were over, we headed to one of the classrooms where we were served a scrumptious meal.

Overall, the cultural exchange programme was joyful and beneficial not only for us (the students) but for both the schools which took part in it. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to another interaction with the friendly polite children of The Aditya Birla Integrated School.
